Pricing is an Estimate based on the following assumptions. Fixed price will take place pending a site review.

• 10 meters of pipe 1-2 meters either side will be catered for
• Drainage point is within the room or to follow refrigerant pipes outdoor.
• based upon clear and open access to the desired location. 
• No penetration or fireproofing method has been allowed for; penetrations will be sealed mechanically where necessary.
• All insulation to fit BCA “R” ratings.
• Outdoor unit mounted on rubber feet on the ground, additional cost to mount on a wall hung bracket.
