The VMBC-20KIRT4U is a maintenance bypass cabinet with integrated power distribution, designed for use with larger single-phase UPS systems (particularly Vertiv Liebert GXT5 16–20 kVA models).

Its primary function is to allow safe UPS maintenance or replacement without shutting down connected equipment.

  • It provides a bypass path, so power flows around the UPS during servicing.
  • This ensures zero downtime for critical loads (servers, network gear, etc.)
  • Integrated bypass switch for seamless transfer between UPS and mains
  • Power distribution built in, including:
    • 3 × IEC 309 (32A) outlets
    • Up to 12 × IEC C13/C19 Combination outlets (via POD)
  • Hardwired input/output terminals
  • Space for optional PD2 power distribution module
  • Designed for intra/inter rack connectivity
